By placing an order through a checkout page that presents links to these Terms of Service and the applicable policies, you agree to these Terms. The checkout order action is intended to record your affirmative agreement.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your place of residence to place an order.

By using the website, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, the information you provide is truthful and accurate, and you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

You may use the website only for lawful personal shopping purposes.

You must not use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with website security; introduce harmful code; use automated tools to scrape or copy the website without permission; submit false customer, payment or delivery information; impersonate another person; circumvent purchase limits; or infringe our intellectual-property rights.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, bottle colors, packaging, dimensions and photographs accurately.

Display colors may vary because of screen settings; lighting and photography may affect appearance; packaging may be updated; minor manufacturing variations may occur; and product appearance may differ slightly without changing the essential nature of the product.

Any material product change will be reflected in the applicable product description.

  1. Fragrance Experience

Fragrance perception is personal and may vary based on skin chemistry, application amount, environment, temperature, humidity, storage conditions and individual sensitivity.

Descriptions of scent notes, mood, projection or longevity are general descriptions and are not guarantees that every customer will experience the fragrance in the same manner.

  1. Product Use and Safety

GUMOON fragrance products are intended for external use only.

Customers should avoid contact with eyes; not ingest the product; keep the product away from children, heat, sparks and open flames; store the product in a cool, dry place; review ingredient and warning information before use; and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Customers with known allergies or sensitivities should review product information and seek appropriate professional advice before use. If an unexpected reaction or safety issue occurs, stop using the product, seek medical attention where appropriate, and contact GUMOON at GUMOON.GM@outlook.com.

  1. Prices and Currency

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD).

Prices may change without advance notice. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Standard ground shipping is free for eligible orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and expedited service, where available, will be displayed before checkout is completed. Applicable sales taxes and any other charges will also be displayed before payment.

  1. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. Placing a product in a shopping cart does not reserve inventory.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products or cancel orders where inventory is unavailable.

  1. Order Submission and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

An order is generally accepted when payment has been authorized, the order passes fraud and compliance checks, and the order enters fulfillment or ships.

  1. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, may have expiration dates, may be limited to one use per customer, may not be combined unless expressly stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn or corrected if issued in error.

  1. Accounts

If the website allows customer accounts, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Customers must notify us promptly if they suspect unauthorized account access. We may suspend or terminate an account where necessary to protect the customer, GUMOON or the website.

  1. Intellectual Property

The GUMOON name and branding, logos, product names, product images, bottle and packaging artwork, website text, graphics, videos, page designs and other website content are owned by or licensed to Gumoon Global Limited.

Content may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, sold or commercially exploited without prior written permission. Nothing on the website grants a license to use our trademarks or intellectual property except as expressly authorized.

  1. Customer Content

If customers submit reviews, photographs or other content, they confirm that they own or have permission to submit it, the content reflects their honest experience, it does not infringe another person’s rights, it is not unlawful, threatening or defamatory, and it does not contain harmful code.

Customers retain ownership of their content. To the extent permitted by law, customers grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and use submitted content for operating and promoting GUMOON. Nothing in these Terms restricts a customer’s right to publish an honest review or opinion about our products, services or business practices.

  1. Third-Party Services

The website may use third-party services for hosting, payment processing, fraud prevention, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, advertising and customer support. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

  1. Disclaimer

Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, product liability, violation of non-waivable statutory rights, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

  1. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses reasonably arising from your unlawful use of the website, fraudulent conduct or material violation of these Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, because Gumoon Global Limited is registered in Hong Kong.

This governing-law provision does not remove or limit mandatory consumer-protection rights available under applicable United States federal or state law.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective.

  1. No Waiver

A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.

We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will be posted on the website with a new “Last Updated” date. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
